Basic Documents Required
Documents required for Trademark Regisration in China
ID Proof
If the Applicant is a natural person, as your agent, we just need the Scanned copy of the passport. Certainly, ensure that the color copy of the passport provided for online submission is clear and does not include fingers obstructing the image.
Business Certificate
If the Applicant is a legal entity, as your agent, we need the Scanned copy of the Certificate of Incorporation or Business Certificate. Please note that the Business certificate must be an official version provided and not transmitted via email, etc.
Brand Sample
The size of Trademark Brand design samples should be not less than or equal to 5×5 cm and not more than or equal to 10×10 cm. If the sample is in color, we need the color sample and also one sample in black and white.
Power Of Attorney
Please sign or affix your seal to the enclosed Power of Attorney (POA) document, which has been duly executed by the applicant. Once signed, please return the document to us for further processing.
Name & Address

I just got my word trademark certificate
My experience was really good. I received some help at first but then during the course of waiting for my second trademark, there wasn’t much help some important information she gave was little and vague information and there was unfortunately some mistakes done so I have to reapply for that one, but Otherwise the rest went well and smoothly and hope this can help me on my new journey.
